Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing may take longer. You will be notified via email or phone if there is a significant delay in shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers like [e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, DHL] to deliver your orders safely and on time.

5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
