Return & Exchange Policy – Lakshmi's Fashion Collections

At Lakshmi’s Fashion Collections, we maintain a strict no return or exchange policy.

Exception: A return or exchange will only be considered in the rare case of a damaged or incorrect product.
To be eligible:

  • Customers must provide an uncut, clearly recorded video starting from the moment the package is being opened (unboxing).

  • The video should capture the entire unpacking process to validate any damage or issue.

Without this mandatory unboxing video proof, we will be unable to process any return or exchange request.


Return Procedure (Applicable Only in Exceptional Cases)

  • Once your return/exchange request is reviewed and accepted by our team, customers are required to courier the eligible product(s) to our designated address within 7 business days.

  • After we receive the product(s), they will undergo a thorough inspection by our Quality Check (QC) team before any further steps are taken.

  • The decision of our QC team is final and solely at their discretion. If the product(s) fail to meet our return criteria, they will be shipped back to the customer, and the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product(s) must be in saleable condition.

  • Original folds, packaging, and tags must be retained.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The original invoice or receipt must be included.


Additional Guidelines

  • All returns/exchanges will be processed only online will be accepted.

  • While couriering the product(s), customers must clearly mention their Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the top of the packaging.

  • If, after inspection, the returned item is found ineligible, our team will reach out via the customer’s registered email ID or phone number with further instructions.


Important Note

If you notice any issue with your product (such as damage, color variation, or size/length issues), you must:

  • Initiate a return request within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Ensure a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process is recorded, as this serves as crucial proof to validate your claim.
